Roxboro Savings Bank was all heart Thursday while celebrating an 86-year milestone at its South Main Street branch. The bank's leaders invited Person Memorial Hospital, NC, administrators to a fund campaign kickoff in honor of the community's 85 years of support for the bank. Roxboro Savings used the occasion to put out an $85,000 match challenge for donors to the hospital's cardiac rehabilitation program. Bank officials said it was all about the heart: the bank's place in the heart of Roxboro, and how customers are the heart of their bank.
