"Dress up, dress down, bake, paint, collect, run, dance... Everyone's going Red for Heart for National Heart Month this February. It's all in aid of the British Heart Foundation and we’d love you to join in. What will you do? Join National Wear Red Day on Friday 26 February, 2010 at work or school. Bake red cakes. Paint your face red. Anything goes as long as it's red!"
