Strathclyde Partnership for Transport said staff would be trained to use the equipment which can restart a person's heart when they suffer cardiac arrest. It is part of a wider campaign by the British Heart Foundation to provide 100 defibrillators at 100 locations across the city. The charity hopes to raise £100,000 to purchase the equipment.
