Coping with Stress (Canada)
"Stress is a risk factor for heart disease and stroke. About a quarter of Canadians report a high degree of life stress. People with excessive stress may have high-blood pressure and elevated levels of blood cholesterol and be overweight. The Heart and Stroke Foundation has partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association to bring you this brochure to help you cope with stress more successfully. Inside the brochure there is a Stress Index Test that will help you identify your stressors and some suggestions on how to manage them in a healthier way"
