When my wife Audrey started at the Shaw Centre with CARG...as her support person I weighed 277 pounds. Through dieting and walking 25 laps around the track 3 times a week, I now weigh 175 pounds. I have been walking for a year now. Dieting has also been a real help, and I have never felt better.
