Helping Healing Hearts - a 501(c)(3) non-profit established in June 2008. "Our Mission is to provide education support and encouragement to all heart patients in the Middle TN area. Founded by Nicole A. Coppersmith, a heart patient, after completing cardiac rehabilitation realized a great need for additional support for all heart patients during their recovery process"
